ReadyOp Scan app solves the issue of lost time and efficiency during response actions when multiple patients and multiple agencies are involved. Even in a mass casualty situation, responders will be able to quickly scan identifying tags for patients using their cellphones. The information is then quickly uploaded to the region’s ReadyOp site along with the GPS location, pictures and other information entered by the responding personnel. From the region’s ReadyOp site, authorized personnel can immediately review the information and coordinate the response actions and direct the transfer of patients to the proper facility, as well as inform the facility of the inbound patients.

“We are excited to offer this app because we know it will help save time, and most importantly lives. We worked closely with multiple agencies to get the best ideas and then tested the app with our clients to ensure simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness. This app has great potential and solves an issue that has been missing in response actions for many years,” says Marc Moore, CEO of Cleartronic, Inc.

Recently, this new Ready Op Scan application was tested in a multi-day exercise by the Kentucky Department of Public Health with excellent results.
